德云社节目单官宣杨进明加入德云社，你怎么看？
杨进明是谁？1951年出生的杨进明，在1973年出生的郭德纲面前可以称之为老前辈了。
他们的关系一直不错。杨进明1981年拜师王占友，1993年拜师李立山学习快板书，2005年又拜师侯耀文。
杨进明是郭德纲的亲师兄弟。杨进明的徒弟栾奕了郭德纲做义父，起了艺名叫郭盖，在德云社演出。
郭德纲的徒弟李云杰，原来也是杨进明徒弟，在杨进明允许的情况下，又拜了郭德纲。
可以说杨进明是和郭德纲走的挺亲近的那波人。就算在侯耀文的徒弟里面，郭德纲的亲师兄弟里，杨进明和郭德纲的关系都是近的。
所以从关系人情方面来讲，杨进明愿意进德云社都说得过去。
杨进明加入德云社，我怎么看我认为，郭德纲邀请杨进明加入德云社是对德云社人力结构的补充。
要知道德云社之所以能有现在的底蕴，老先生的加持功不可没。现在德云社的老先生相继离开了，辈分最大的虽然是谢金，但是这个大辈没什么意义，就一个辈分大，其实也只是德云社里一个普通的演员，在相声有新人节目上炸了会粘子，说相声才开了窍。
德云社后台现在没有老先生加持了，就指着高峰这个看上去有七十多岁的老艺术家在做着老先生的工作。
现在青曲社、嘻哈包袱铺都有老先生坐镇，但是反观德云社，老先生断档了。
后台没有老先生的把场，对小年轻演员来说是一种很大的损失，没有人管着点，这帮小学员没涨多少能耐前就都被粉丝们一吹捧，更收不住了。
现在德云社小剧场的演员，差不多点的也都有一些粉丝开始追捧了，其实对他们学艺阶段，最需要的是老先生的指导和棒喝，粉丝过早的追捧对艺术生命并不是件好事。
学习相声最重要的是环境因素，除常听常看，也就是所谓的熏之外，就是跟老先生没事聊聊天，都特别张能耐。
